We are currently accepting submissions for Bruschetta: An Evening of Short Plays. Plays should be no longer than 10 minutes in length, and playwrights are asked to limit their submissions to two. The submission deadline for Bruschetta 2011 is April 1. Plays submitted after April 1 will be considered for production in 2012.

We are also accepting submissions of full-length plays that involve the preparation or enjoyment of food.
